French start-up Arianee is launching its own blockchain in collaboration with Polygon

As a technological start-up specialized in the issuance of digital passports for physical objects on the blockchain, in the form of NFTs, Arianee has been working with luxury brands, such as Moncler, Vacheron Constantin, Ba&sh, YSL Beauty and Breitling, but also major retailers, such as Le Petit Marseillais. The solutions allow companies to distribute certificates of authenticity for their products, which are immutable and compatible with open standards because they are issued on public blockchains.

Ahead of NFT Paris, the company announces a new development: a partnership with the Polygon network (blockchain compatible with Ethereum, created to offload the main network), which will allow it to use its infrastructure to create its special blockchain, commonly called roll up.

Because this new channel is completely public, Arianee is also making it available for free to brands that want to issue new products, such as tokens. The advantage of such a network is its fluidity and low running costs, unlike Ethereum, which is very expensive to use.

Despite a difficult market in 2023, as confirmed by CEO Pierre-Nicolas Hurstel on the microphone of Capital during BIG 2023The French start-up – consisting of around fifty employees and supported again by the BPI in the first quarter of 2023 after fundraising of 20 million euros in 2022 – is therefore sticking to its course and ambition to become a leader in the field of traceability and product development. certification solutions.
