Montolieu: a 1st Golden Ladle awarded at the soup festival

At Jean-Guéhenno’s house, the atmosphere that emerged was all warmth, flavor and sweetness, coming from the dozens of pots filled with soup. For this first edition of the Montolivian soup festival, the taste buds could travel.

From the sea to Algeria, from artichoke to carrot, including leek and corn, without forgetting split peas and lentils: the incredible cordon bleus has doubled their imagination.

The parent association is the basis of this event and it was an opportunity for them to bring all generations together. The refreshment bar and desserts prepared by the participants were at low prices to raise money to finance the planned outings for students from Kindergarten to CM2. The Golden Ladle of this first edition went to Elke de Bäch with a Jerusalem artichoke soup with parsley oil and the second winner is Ivan Quilez with his corn soup, a delight. Complete with a special children’s area, this party had everything to please. See you next year to try your luck or just enjoy a good soup.
