Pamiers. The highlight concert of the Navire Ecritures Vivantes

To conclude two years of artistic and musical creations, the concert is scheduled for next Friday in Jeu-du-Mail. A highlight of the holiday for young people in the teenage environment.

It’s time to catch your breath, have fun and meet friends during spring break at the Las Parets leisure center and teen area. Both structures open their doors to children and teenagers from April 8 to 19. A rich and varied program has been put together by the leaders of the city’s youth service. And young Appameans will not be bored, on the contrary. There will be something for all tastes, all desires. In short, something that has to do with culture, sports, music, outings, stays, collaborative workshops, creative and festive games. Note that the highlight of the holidays will undoubtedly be the conclusion of the “Navire Schriften Vivantes de Pamiers” project. On Friday, April 12 at 8:30 PM, a restitution concert of two years of artistic and musical creations will be given in the Jeu du Mail hall (free and accessible to everyone).

Pabloramix and his magic potion

“These workshops were organized for two years with the youth and culture service, the conservatory and the MJC of Pamiers,” says Xavier Pagoaga, responsible for the teenage area. He continues: “The cultural project was expertly executed with Pabloramix trio, a local group that takes young and old on board the ship of living scriptures, all depicted on stage, in music. The first cycle of the project, between 2020 and 2022 , had also been the subject of a concert at the Jeu du Mail venue and had allowed the release of a first album produced by novice artists (songs, infographics and promotion).”

The release of a second album

On Friday April 12, the public can attend the closing of the second cycle live and enjoy the release of the 2nd album produced by 31 young people from Pamiers and the surrounding area. During this project, the workshops allowed participants to create a slam text and a rap text for one week during the school holidays. The leaders of this cultural action indicate that: “in the second cycle we have strengthened the system by welcoming young musicians, students of the Pamiers Music Conservatory. With these workshops, teenagers can create, discover themselves, reveal themselves, take confidence, help each other, participate in collective production and are very proud to present the fruits of their artistic work on stage.” In the first part of the concert, the disc workshop group led by the Agglomeration Adolescent Youth Information and Prevention Center (PAAJIP) will perform on stage. Finally, this cultural project has given wings to young people, as six of them want to professionalize in music and invest themselves without counting. Mainly by purchasing equipment, they perform on video on the YouTube channel and now also independently organize their own concerts.
