The class returns on Thursday, May 2 to learn more about the flora of Grùndeluno, in particular the orchids present on the ground, to get to know the life of the soil around the manufacture of a terrarium and to face challenges go to connect with nature.

And still the collaboration with the Adèle-de-Trenquelléon school in Agen: 8 sessions will be dedicated to the creation of an illustrated story around Grùndeluno and a song, all of which will compose a musical story. The CP/CE1 class will participate, as well as the 36 Eco Delegates and School Delegates from CP to CM2 (some of these children had participated in the planting of our mini forest). The planned dates for these creations will be distributed until April 9. Adèle’s eco delegates will come to Grùndeluno d’Astaffort on Tuesday, May 7, for a festive day full of activities all day long. Sabine and Claire will organize a workshop “Wool, ecotextiles and animal welfare” for children aged 7 to 12 from Lafitte sur Lot on Tuesday, April 23, at the invitation of elected officials of the municipality of Lafitte.

These events are planned for members, supporters and the general public. Sunday, April 7, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, participatory workshop in Grùndeluno (preparation and sowing of flowery fallow land, field maintenance, restoration of ganivelles). Sunday, April 14, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, wool discovery workshop (sorting, washing, carding, spinning with spinning wheel and spindle: demonstrations, explanations and “practical exercises”), in the presence of Cabécou, Cabriole and Ours said ” TiTours”.
Other upcoming events
The Squirrels are organizing two CPN workshops during Horizon Vert’s Sti’nature in Villeneuve-sur-Lot on Sunday April 28 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm: clay prints of leaves from the Grùndeluno forest. From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., bracelets with elderflower beads. “We will also be present at the stand of the Duurzaam Enjeux collective. We are also looking for volunteers who would like to spare an hour or 2 hours of their time during the day to help us run the CPN stand. Philolaine on Sunday May 5 in Lamontjoie (demonstrations, workshops, sales): the CPN Club organizes this beautiful party around wool, animal and vegetable fibers, animal welfare. “We will have a CPN stand there around our actions and we will present a reflection on responsible textile consumption (craft, quality, etc.)”.
New for 2024
This year there will be two alpacas among the sheep. Sunday May 12: participatory site/workshop in Grùndeluno (as needed: interview + sharing of Grùndeluno stories and report of the workshops with schools + writing workshop for those who want it).
Prediction
A participatory jam workshop with 3 Grùndeluno plums is planned for June, July and August (early July?), writing workshops (stories, songs), watering forest and fruit trees, festive moments (aperitif, communal meal), forest night. The exact dates have not yet been determined.
